Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our pieces are custom-made and designed specifically for you, all custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For non-custom items

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
  
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
