• Ready-to-ship items are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

• Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $75 or more (before taxes and after discounts, if applicable).

Shipping Insurance

To help protect your purchase, shipping insurance is included with every order of up to $100. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number so we can assist you with the claims process. Claims are subject to the shipping carrier's insurance terms and requirements.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date for lost packages). Include your order number and photos of the packaging and item, if applicable, so we can assist you promptly.
